Dear Sir John Pratt,
You will see from the enclosed extract from
a letter from Dr. Morgan, that a further question has
arisen regarding the proposed medical mission to China.
I should be grateful if you would consider and let me
know whether you apprehend any political repercussions
from the proposal to use Hong Kong as a base for the
mission.
I am also consulting the Colonial Office in
the matter.
Yours very truly,
(Signed) E. S. Hill
